My name is Tranette Meador MSN, RN, TCRN
Hi, I’m a proud New Mexican—born and raised in Grants—deeply rooted in both community and care. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 14 years, with a strong background in trauma, burn, and critical care. My journey in healthcare has led me to serve in many roles: from bedside to the skies as a flight nurse, and now as a clinical coordinator and educator. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching future nurses at all levels, both in the classroom and clinical settings.
My passion lies in helping others feel and look their best. That’s what inspired me to create this IV wellness business—to blend my medical expertise with a deep commitment to self-care and preventative wellness.
I’ve been married to my incredible husband for over 10 years (together for 16!), who works in the local film industry. We have two amazing kids—our daughter, who’s nearly 10, and our son, almost 6—who keep life joyful and busy. I proudly serve as the President of the PTO at their school, because giving back to the community is part of who I am.

Kori Martinez, APRN-CNP, RN,CFRN, CCRN
Kori Martinez is a highly experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner who has been serving in the nursing profession since 2009. Her journey began in hospital-based critical care and emergency settings, where she developed a strong foundation in high-acuity, fast-paced environments. In 2012, she expanded her expertise into emergency critical flight medicine—a field she continues to practice today. Providing life-saving care in the air remains one of her greatest passions, allowing her to merge clinical precision with deep human connection in some of the most urgent medical situations.
In 2019, Kori became a Nurse Practitioner and transitioned her primary focus to functional and preventative medicine. She is passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health and uncover the root causes of chronic conditions. Using advanced diagnostics, in-depth assessments, and personalized protocols, she helps her clients move toward lasting wellness, energy, and vitality.
Kori’s approach is holistic and individualized, grounded in the belief that every person’s healing path is unique. She blends her critical care experience with the science of functional medicine to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and environment.
